I had West Coast B&D build my attached ADU and can recommend Rene and crew to anyone considering this type of project. Rene gave a fair price and is honest as well as an all-round good guy.
His crews work hard and are friendly, professional and good at their jobs. Rene will design what you want, get it thru planning and permit and deal with the city inspectors.
Construction projects can be stressful, and various issues can come up throughout the build. I found it easy to talk to Rene and his crews to make sure the build was exactly as I wanted.
