I hired West Coast Building and Design to build a multi-generation complex for my family. This review is part 1 of 3 projects. The first project was for a 1200 square ft ADU where I would live. When we first started the ADU the projection for completion was 6 months. Unfortunately, we were just at the tail end of the pandemic and there were many delays from the city, SDG&E, supply chain issues and an unusually very rainy season. I’m grateful to have had Rene as the builder because he found ways to work around some of these issues. He listened to what I wanted – even if it meant changing and redoing a few things. I am now living in my beautiful home.
I look forward to Rene starting on the next project: converting a garage into my disabled son’s sensory/OT room.
